Sick as a DOG
I am sick as a dog. I have got a frozen right shoulder for the last 3 days so I can't move my neck and right hand :-(They say that necessity is the mother of all inventions. I have to go to office for code review but since I can;t go , my guys are mailing me codes for review . So I am now doing remote review. Now thats a global delivery model.
All hail the internet.

My gd/pi
I had my gd/pi at Sydenham today.I walked in late and was take to a room . gd/pi call later was checked and I was given a questionarie and a cardboard with my roll no. on it.
1) They never asked for the undertaking
2) I got no marks for work-ex. I have 1 year and 10 mths experience with TCS but those guys didn;t give me any marks. They are given some circular which says that trainee or probation period is not work-ex. I even met director of Sydenham regarding this . Damnnnn
GD:
12 ppl is a very small room and two topics were given :
1) Nuclear war : is it preventable ??
2) for companies, is degrees or performance more imp ??
They did a poll and majority ( including me) supported the 2nd. The most relaxed and uninteresting GD ever . The panel wanted evryone to speak so they kept on interupting ppl who were talking continuously so that other get chance to speak... very irritating . Ppl who havn't spoken much were told to summarize. Overall the girls destroyed the boys bigtime.
Time : 12 mins
PI :
I was told to complete my questionarie and wait . Panel was a old man and a middle age lady ... both very sweet and helpful.
Questions:
1) Why MBA , which course ,which college
2) Few questions abt TCS and software industry
3) Favourite company , some questions about my resume
4) Strength , weakness and normal stuff.
Time : 20 mins.
Totally chillax atmosphere , no need to panic.
